Mascarpone cream with Condensed Milk

Cocoa powder for dusting
3 tablespoons of condensed milk

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a mixer for about 1 minute (do not taste the yolk).
  2. Add the mascarpone cheese and stir gently until a fine creamy.
  3. Distribute the condensed milk in two dessert glasses.

Ricotta Cannoli


250 grams of wheat flour
1 egg yolk
10 grams unsalted butter
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup red wine

1 egg yolk
60 grams sugar

4 ripe bananas (600g)

1 teaspoon baking powder
1 coffee spoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of tea crushed nuts
1/4 cup of tea chocolate drops
Cheese Mousse:
1 colorless unflavored gelatin envelope
4 egg whites
1 cup of tea sugar
1 1/4 cups of tea sour cream
220 grams of cream cheese
1 spoon of coffee salt

Banana bread

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until it forms a smooth dough.
  2. Place dough in a greased pan and bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.

Mousse cheese

  1. Melt the gelatin in three tablespoons of water soup in a water bath.
  2. Beat the egg whites with the sugar.
  3. In a blender, place the cream, cream cheese and salt and blend.
  4. Then transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the egg whites and melted gelatin.
  5. Take freeze.
  6. Serve with the banana bread.
